owerri cannot make such list, everything there is basic.

it's just a very small town, less than 150km^2, compared to gigantic cities like Ibadan, Kano, Lagos, port Harcourt with rich history of development dating back to the precolonial era and still developing.

population is also an important criteria.

Using the 2006 census

Lagos ----- 9million people

Kano ------ 3.6million people

Ibadan ----- 3.5 million people

port Harcourt ----- 1.5 million people

these are complete cities, with almost everything in place.

probably, Owerri is less than 250,000 people.

owerri is a mushroom city, just seeing development Lately.

and where in Anambra is Worthy to be in the my list?
Onitsha that does not have an Airport, no stadium, Mall, Clubs, Schools, cinemas and other basic amenities? that's not a complete city.

is it

No northern city is more developed than Lagos, Lagos is by far the number one in west Africa and in top 5 in the whole of Africa.

no city come close to Lagos in Nigeria, not even Abuja, Lagos Is the face of Nigeria, Despite the fact that Abuja is the fct, most people outside don't even know that there is a city called Abuja.

apparently, the only town in the whole of igboland worthy to be called a city is Enugu, and everything there is basic, just simple, I've been there before.. it's in the same class with Akure, even Ilorin looks better.

igboland has to be the second least developed region, first only to North East...

#Fact.

The ugly Akwa over head bridge has to be the only center of attraction in Anambra, thanks to a Yoruba woman, Nora that helped in editing it, the FLYOVER still looks inferior to Fajuyi Flyover, Ado-Ekiti.

Clown. Anambra and Lagos are densely populated because they are too much. Too much people in too small space. That shouldn't be a thing to brag about.

Put the population in Abambra into a state the size of Delta for example, they'll just be insignificant.

To show how ignorant you are, you say anambra is twice the size of lagos. Chai! Your school fees was a total waste.
