Read again, you would see where it says in bracket, for those who wants. Besides, just because men release sperm doesn't mean every sperm releases MUST result in pregnancy.

So everytime you release a sperm a woman must be pregnant, what a dumb suggestion. cheesy
You will be a dull student.How does wet dream relate to getting pregnant.Do you even know the meaning of wet dream?

A woman with painful cycleš should watch what she eats like fried stuff,sugar at least two weeks before the next period.
That probably won't work for women with serious health problems.

Hang on! Stop cycle? undecided is that not harmful? What does stop cycle mean please? Perhaps i misunderstood you.
Menorrhagia is the medical term for heavy menstrual bleeding. If left untreated, menorrhagia can lead to iron deficiency anemia. It is estimated that about 10% of women of reproductive age will experience heavy bleeding — but only around 30% of women will seek menorrhagia treatment.

Hormonal contraceptives (like the pill) help to lower overall bleeding episodes. Because of this, hormonal contraception may be especially helpful as part of menorrhagia treatment. Plus, these birth control methods are a reversible and have less serious side effects than other treatment options. The alternative menorrhagia treatment is a surgical procedure called endometrial ablation. This procedure leads to sterilization.

There is high rate of vaginal infections amongst women because some of them use pieces of wrapper for it when they can't afford the pads. They keep re-using that one can even perceive the bloody odour from afar.
Ah! Please say no more............ embarassed cool

Re: Lateef Adedimeji Distributes Sanitary Pads To Students In 6 States (pix) by smudge2079(m): 7:04pm On Dec 16, 2020
Well said. We can say the same for hunger too
beautyhd:
Sanitary pads should actually be free in rural areas and secondary schools, subsidized in urban areas.

Menstrual flow doesn't ask if there is money before it comes.

It's becoming costly these days.

There is high rate of vaginal infections amongst women because some of them use pieces of wrapper for it when they can't afford the pads. They keep re-using that one can even perceive the bloody odour from afar.

You'll have to consult a doctor and research to determine the harm it can do. However, many doctors will prescribe it to treat things like this:
Mmm... but this is in a case of heavy bleeding like you asserted, what about females with normal menstruations? Why disrupt their cycles if they are normal? That would be like trying to disrupt nature.

Reproductive Abuse and Coercion

Reproductive abuse is when a person tries to control your reproductive choices in order to control your life. Reproductive abuse is also often called “reproductive coercion.” Coercion is when a person tries to persuade someone to do something by using force or threats. Reproductive abuse can be a single act, or it can be part of a larger pattern of abusive behaviors, such as those explained on our Forms of Abuse page. Reproductive abuse can include sexual assault, rape, and other abusive actions concerning your sexual and reproductive health, such as:

Sexually-coercive behaviors, like when a person:

pressures or forces a sexual partner to have sex when s/he doesn’t want to have sex;
threatens to end a relationship if a person doesn’t have sex;
forces a sexual partner to not use birth control, including a condom, contraceptive pills, or other available options;
intentionally exposes a sexual partner to a sexually-transmitted infection (STI); or
retaliates against a sexual partner when told about a positive (STI) result.

Birth control sabotage, like when a person:

hides, withholds, or destroys a sexual partner’s birth control pills;

replaces or tampers with a sexual partner’s birth control pills without the partner’s knowledge or consent;
breaks or pokes holes in a condom on purpose;
removes a condom during sex without telling his/her sexual partner;
refuses to withdraw during sex, even if s/he previous agreed to do so;
pulls out a sexual partner’s vaginal contraceptive ring; or
tears off a sexual partner’s contraceptive patch.

Pregnancy pressure, which is when a person pressures a sexual partner to:
get pregnant when she doesn’t want to be pregnant;

continue a pregnancy when she wants an abortion; or
end a pregnancy she wants to continue.

In a country where children die of hunger and it doesn’t make national news, lobbying for anything to be state funded (including personal hygiene necessities like this) seems like a pointless debate, in my opinion.

Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has distributed sanitary pads to students in six states namely Kaduna, Kwara, Ogun, Oyo, Lagos and Cross River, Igbere TV reports.

The 34-year-old shared a video from one of the schools he visited in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

Adedimeji said it was the youths under his Great Mind Initiative (GMI) that organised a campaign to sensitize young girls and the public on menstrual health and hygiene.

He said every girl child deserves at least a pack of sanitary pad every month for free.
