Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum has visited Chadian President Idriss Debby to seek support in the repatriation of Borno refugees in the country, Igbere TV reports.

Thousands of Borno residents displaced by Boko Haram insurgents had fled to Chad for safety.

The governor met the Chadian President on Wednesday in the presence of the Nigerian ambassador to Chad Zannah Kolo.
