.. I need link to download gcam and procedure to activate it... then also other things that would make me enjoy the phone more...

Go to the compilation thread https://www.nairaland.com/post/84015340 to run some settings like stopping system ADs etc. Search for Redmi note 9 gcam from the search bar or you can just search using google

Why do you even need gcam? The normal camera app does very well

The normal app is very good but the GCam shows more details and is less exposed
