For you to consider wearing earrings as IMPORTANT shows how lightweight your ability to reason logically is. ordinary earrings o!!! I keep asking: has that earrings improved her physical appearance?? my point still remains this: for someone whose face has been heavily deformed, of all things to worry about, it's looking for where to hang earrings!!! I'm not against women wearing earrings, but for someone who lost her ears in an accident to still worry about earrings is petty to me!!!! It's like someone who lost both arms in an accident still crazy about wearing wristwatches and wristband!!! Of course she will appreciate the earlobes that are no more, but going through the trouble of drilling holes in the part of the ear that's left just so she can hang earrings is petty to me!!!!

I think we should empathise with her trying to look just a little bit feminine.

I'm sure she's not trying to impress or entice anyone. After 14 years or so of dressing with the intention of hiding her ears from public. It is a sense of relief for her to present something dangling from the place where the ears are supposed to be.

She's a very strong lady who is trying to give herself reasons to smile!

It's difficult for those who are normal finding a husband: she probably dreamed of having a wedding with that tall handsome young man. The accident probably has taken away the possibility but the dream cannot be erased forever.
