Internal Memoranda that can't convey the Presidency's order to NCS within 24hours shows Negligence

The Commander in Chief's order at a Federal Executive Council Meeting should take effect immediately

If White House orders an airstrike it is enforced immediately by the Airforce,

Should The President give an order to Nigerian Police Force or the Army, Office of the IGP or DHQ immediately sends a signal through Signal division even at night for immediate implementation

.
Don't mind them, everything in Nigeria is opposite of what you see in other places.

Whenever a president gives an order he signs and communicate to those in charge, until he does that all he said was a wishful thinking.

In an office verbal communication means little or nothing.
dey there. So verbally explicit words of GCFR isn't enough for those involved to act

He said other borders will be opened by December 31st.

Seme border and three others should be opened immediately.

You got the news wrong.

What has Buhari accomplish with the border closure?

What are the positives?

Because I am sure We all know the negatives.

These are questions we should be asking Buhari.

He can't just make policies and get away with it.

SmartPolician:
It will take effect from 31st December.

They made that clear

This news is unnecessary
I am not sure you listened or read the news when it came out. Four borders are to open with immediate effect which includes the seme border. While ithers are to open by 31st December.

Why things work that way in the US is, before the President (or 'white house') make any such order publicly, proper communication has been established with the body(ies) responsible for carrying out the action, absolving the said body(ies) of any form of litigation. Here in Nigeria, we make public orders first before proper communication is established with the appropriate bodies for political expediency.

Since Buhari called and treated Igbo's as 5%, his government has been an abysmal failure. There is no agency, ministry or parastatal under his government that has succeeded in anything.

They are so confused because the people he appointed more especially from Yoruba extraction are fantastic failures, sabotuers, incompetent, corrupt and very devisive ethnic bigots.

Imagine a government as confused as Buhari government, they can close the borders till the end of APC tyrannical rule. Who cares.

One thing is very obviously obvious in Nigeria. Any President that sideline the Igbos does not do well.

Check history.

Igbo's are usually a great catalyst to any government that recognises their importance.

Buhari and the North will commit suicide if they pick the next President by 2023 from the South West.

The North have seen for themselves the region that has the ability to move Nigeria forward in practicality and not in the media.

The truth is bitter but I advice every Nigerian to swallow this bitter pill.

Finally, POWER BELONGS TO GOD, not the mods.

Just as he ordered the former "transmission, transfusion & confusion" telling IGP-Idris to Benue & baba behave like nothing happened. How can you be the C-in-C and your orders are never obeyed? It simply means you were never in charge.
Bo you think if it was the real Buhari sitting in Aso Rock, they would have dared to disobey his orders? That is not Buhari sitting on the throne, and I wonder what it will take for Nigerians to see all the handwritings on the wall.

Soon Buhari will. say it's because of Covid19 that the borders still remained closed. Very incompetent and useless govt who always find it difficult to implement orders
