ChiefS: I think U17 players are mostly recruited from football academies Also, a teenager playing football at 16 is not impossible. Rooney was playing for Everton at 16...and he qualified to play for England U17 then. |

here is no honour in cheating for underage tournaments. Nigeria is the record holder for most u-17 wins but nothing to show at senior level. With good scouting and coaching then the truly u-17 will shine and hopefully grow into the senior team and make waves. Macauley chrisantus that is Toni Kroos mate. Where is he today Naija on the beat |

frankmoney: Since last season till now, Aguero hasn't played any meaningful football, he's been injured. Mikel is still plying actively. So get your facts right please, the guy is at Stoke City and has been playing week in, week out until he got injured last week, unlike Macaulay that has been released more than 7 times on free, and disappeared into thin air as early as 20 |

This is a good example of how technological can be deployed so well it raises performance bars and becomes a deterrent to deviance. Dear Nigerians, evolve same for every facet of the Nigerian life, entrench them via constitutionally sacrosanct laws and see national transformations accelerate in a few years. |

Slurity: The leaders are the problem. The role of the leaders is to provide a vision and direction to the nation. What do you expect from the people when the president is openly supporting Ganduje, cannot tell the truth or protect school children from terrorist. |

Pandev: Iheanacho's set went through the mandatory MRI age test before the CAF U17 tournament in 2013 and another before the World Cup. It has been mandatory since then.

TheGoodJoe:failing test ahead of world cup didn't mean FIFA carried out the test, it was done in Africa. You know what I'm talking about? They used to beat the false age barrier untill FIFA officially introduced MRI. Remember our team's performance in 2019 under 17 WC |

Pandev: There is another carried out by FIFA proper before the World Cup. However, these tests were closely monitored by FIFA with their representatives in every test with FIFA taking possession of the scans. 2019 U17 was poor mainly because of poor scouting. NFA did not release money to carryout the regular screening in all regions of the country and we ended up with a poor team. Not MRI. Thorough MRI started in 2013 and the 2015 winning squad was equally thoroughly tested. 1 Like |

Under 17 age football team players are to be selected from post primary school competitions if we're to raise true under aged players that will compete favourable. |
