Help!! our conlog prepaid meter is showing rf con, and we've been unable to recharge.

please who has an idea on how to clear this? There's been no light.

Thank you for your response,we already did. the guy who installed it said the the meter is faulty. This is a meter that is not up to 3 months old. so I want to read other people's experiences.

If the conlog meter is showing rf-Con, it means power supply doesn't reach the meter at all its either Loss of phase from the transformer or a loose contact from the connection on ur pole... Check around to confirm if any other person is experiencing the same.

I'm happy to tell you that we changed the phase and our light came on.

Electricity no reach ur meter be that.

This issue has been rampant for the past 3 weeks,are you based in Lagos?under ikedc?if yes
Search for there handle on twitter,they have explained new ways to load the prepaid meters

I am also having similar situation whereby my Conlog prepaid meter is displaying " rF CON" and yet there will be light. Sometimes it work for awhile, but most times it doesn't work. Kindly advise how your problem was resolved.

Hello, I am low on unit on my prepaid meter and there is light. but after inserting the token codes, it displays rF- Con. Please anyone with similar issue and a possible solution?

Also, my dad prepaid Conlog prepaid meter keeps showing "AAAAAAAAAAaaa" whenever i try to recharge it. They've not had light for months coz of this error. Any solution please?
