If you like be deceiving your self, u just showed you are an illiterate, since you can't point out between city and state because they have same name.

Correction. New York city is different from new York state, New York state has Many other cities like Albany, Auburn, cortland, James town

Check the screenshot below, or check your Wikipedia to clarify your self between New York city and New York state unlike Lagos city and Lagos state

imo state government is doing a wonderful job. But people from that side are not helping matters. That place need investors. Imo people need to come home and invest in that environment. Govt built road structures, majority of the house structures, where are the private structures builts by the imo indegens. Majority housing structures u see in v.i Lagos are private's structures...okorosa tried by expanding all the major roads. I think owerri will get there if people can support the government.
