Is the sea depth at ibeno the same as ibaka?. Don't they think it's a security risk citing a port open to the high sea?

Ibaka deep seaport was a scam from Akpabio.. It was never carefully done or undergo chains of approvals at anytime.. If you read this article carefully you will know why it was never constructed in the first place at Ibaka..
Ibom Deep Seaport is only 5years old and it has finally completed it startup checklist..
