Youths in Nsukka organize an awareness project for #endsars #EndBadGovernances

A Nairalander and A group of youths in Nsukka have taken to the street to create awareness and call out the police over cases of brutality as well as the politicians on bad governance. In a creative and powerful move, we placed banners in major roads and flyovers in Nsukka Town with attention-grabbing writeups.

The writeups targeted young people mostly as well as officers of the Nigerian police force in a bid to make them recognize the real enemy and show solidarity to the #Endbadgovernance movement.

Himm,this is good.

The state governor has failed not just his people but the entire state.

Bad roads and hold up everywhere you go.The word flyover is not in the dictionary of Mr governor. He will instead prefare to share 1k to some praise singers.

Enugu state as of today is in the hands of bloggers and photographers.

What has the effeminate gburugburu got to say about this...thought he is loved by all.

I like this....Police won't see who to shoot or arrest...they should accidentally discharge on the banners.

Anyway that last banner was hanged few metres to death , that a 33kv line oo.

I have come to realize that our approach to solving problems in Nigeria is generally poor. We often don't think deep and critically enough to clearly identify and understand the fundamental factors responsible for the problems we are faced with. As a result, we usually end up coming up with "solutions" that merely alleviate the symptoms of the problem, rather than carefully and effectively address the root cause of the disease.
Police brutality, bad governance, corruption, insecurity etc are, to me, symptoms of a problem whose cause we are yet to identify/ understand fundamentally. As long as we fail to address the ACTUAL cause of the problem, even when we successfully deal with the symptoms of the problem like police brutality and insecurity, other equally undesirable symptoms may still pop up.

This is another way of expressing our grievances if they won’t allow us to protest.
Let’s see how other states will follow suits

Good but most importantly, the protest should be seen in the voting pattern. #end to PDP, APC & all recycled politicians, grand fathers above 50years, zero business or career achievements, etc.

Christmas is just days away and the Police are waiting to cash out from returnees to the East.
This is a warning that it will no longer be business as usual, we can't accept extortion which discourages our people from returning home, also included is Road Safety and the military, just do your official jobs.

We are tired of harrassment, we work hard for our money, Govt pays you salary on the job which you got by quota system and bribery of officials, don't expect us to augment your salary.
Katsina state needs you, is it not a shock that from Kankara in Katsina state to Gusau in Zamfara state there is not a single checkpoint and over 300 kidnapped students were moved, while from Nsukka to Portharcourt has more than 200 Police, Army, Customs, Road Safety, checkpoints shocked

THE WAY...

But u f*ck up when you begin talk about PVC for the other one.

When a process is flawed, just like Nigeria's electoral system, partaking in the same flawed process is tantamount to validating those wrongs and ills.
