I rented an apartment in Gwagwalada area of Abuja six months ago. My landlady collected N100k as legal fees but i just found out that he has no lawyer at all. I heard the document he gave me was printed at a business centre where they already have the template. Can i still request for my N100k from her?

Legal fee, agreement fee.. at No point did the house owner mention Lawyer or Antorney fees

Make una stubborn tenant also hustle build house Na, not always antagonising the owner of the house

She is at your messy if this is truth. She can go to jail. Let her know this

Same happened to me this month,mine was N60k,he only gave a binded copy of legal terms and conditions to sign,his signature and that of his lawyer was already there. Anyway I don't care. I love the house so much, beautiful wired fence and gate,fully furnished kitchen,giant wardrobes in the 2 rooms,the house has a store,I never knew before. Quiet environment etc
