The CBN policy means that you can pick up the dollar from bank and sell at black market price. The money can still be paid via money gram or western union, then u go to bank and get your dollars cash..head to bureau de change or aboki and sell to your desired rate. Or it can simply be paid into your dorm account if you have one. Let's not panic no way our money will hang, if pyoneer no work, their are other options.

They are just trying the less stressful route first.

You're missing the point.

That cash pickup means they will give us cash in USD. And banks don't have smaller bills. People that earn less than 100 won't be able to pick up. If you earn 198, you'd only collect 100, if you earn 345, you'd only collect 300.

You understand why that's not possible now?
