Good evening everyone. I just created my profile but my score is showing as 408. However when I earlier calculated using the CRS calculator I was on 463.
I have 2 or more degrees, IELTS result was 9,7.5,7.5,7 LSRW, and have 3+ yrs of work experience... I see a disparity with my 'level of education' score from the CRS calculator and my profile. I am guessing that is the issue but I am not sure what to do to fix it.

Am I supposed to include Secondary education?

What could be the issue, please?

Quickly check, did u include both degrees, while completing ur profile

Issokay, you might be right and I might be wrong. The person you're advising can go ahead and try but should please come back and tell us how it went.
I dont say what I dont know. So below are receipts of my experience with pictures.
I use Barter USD card, and as you can see in image 1, the Naira equivalent of withdrawal after the card didn't work is short of the amount I transferred into my Dollar card. THIS IS WHAT I MEANT BY LOSE MONEY..
You will see In Image 2 , from the app "this card only works on select sites" Image 3 shows the list of sites the Barter dollar card supports.

I wont argue that I didn't work for you, but I also followed someone's advice here in November (probably you, who knows) and it landed in futility.

Eventually , I had to use a Canadian credit card to make payment.
Maybe you should have asked for guidance rather than say the website or the app itself doesn’t work. That was misleading.

Flutterwave will charge according to the rate trading at the time you initiate transaction (it is always a win/win or win/lose situation and even happens when I buy stocks with Bamboo).

Please share evidence of successful Visa application fee and right to passage payment using the Barter dollar card. If i didn't try it I wont advice about it. I also did not mention anything about rate. It is normal to lose Naira when you buy dollar and sell back immediately (as that will be the case in this situation once the card is not accepted on CIC)

Pheeeewww anyways.. it's out of concern that I am responding and providing as much clarity possible. Otherwise, I'm not gaining or loosing anything from anyone's trial and error.
To each his own ...even with Nigerian issued dollar cards, the exact amount is always almost never enough. Did you think of adding a buffer amount to cover the excess, if any?

You dont think? Well those whose AOR is November 4 can attest that the amount paid was 1325 CAD and NOT 1410.

I so dont know what exchange rate you're using but CAD to Naira an the day I made that transaction was approximately 300Naira.

I don't know why you sound apprehensive as though you're used to people lie to you or vice versa.

1410 CAD less the biometrics fee of 85 CAD is 1325 CAD. Perhaps you chose not to pay that.
Barter uses dollar exchange rates to fund your balance and not CAD.

In any case, do what works best for you.

Pls if i am been given a gift deeds by my wife. And my POF in just sitted in my acct. Do i need to provide any letter from The bank again as those who have their money in fixed Deposit or just the Gift deed and the statement of account is enough for my POF verification.

Secondly, pls if i have a lien been put on my PoF in my account to ensure no withdrawal is made from The money does it in any way dent or affect my POF verification by the Visa officer?

Lastly does a investment certificate from an asset management company stating i have an amount equivalent to my POF available in my name and to my use also pass for POF verification. And most the investment have been reading to have been there months before ITA? Someone told me at least 2month. And do i need to submit a SOA inaddition to the certificate?

Make payment into BC account, print out the EOR form from BC website, send your completed form and evidence of payment to exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org
Provide the candidate’s details in the body of the email.

Pls what campus were you in? And how long did it take?

I was in elele campus, computer science department precisely,. I'm just discovering that wes has issues with verification. Please do you have any idea or is this recent or reoccurring or it's subject to just the department?

I'm sorry for the questions.

I was in okija campus, my verification was faster than I thought. The delay may depend on the person handling it in elele campus.

Well, I think I'm done with IQAS, I was able to create a draft for my wife a month ago and I've been trying to make payment ever since... unfortunately, the draft expired today which means I will have to create another application which might take 2 weeks. I will just channel all my energy toward CES, I wish ircc can recognise Wes LLB as first professional degree. This IQAS is nonsense at its peak.

Pele.. Most of the good things about this Canada waka don't come easy. Ask anyone, those ahead of us inclusive, we'll have one story of frustration or the other to tell.. Is it the almost 500k that I had to cough out just to evaluate with a certain evaluation body or is it the money spent on spouse's WAEC coupled with their lengthy delay and after sending finally, a request for resending of this same document by WES came while a week later after getting resent, WAEC was scrapped? grin or is it wifey's over-a-year-long-six-attempts battle with IELTS? My brother or sis, it's a good thing you rant about these things but in all, just know it's for the better good. Hopefully, CES will turn out a better alternative for you.
All the best. In all things, rejoice!
