I've never gotten any writing gig from here, but I see adverts of writers needed at N1 per word.

To me, that amount is an insult. I'll rather go work on a building site as a laborer than to write for such amount.

Stop paying writers like beggars.

N3 to N5 is more suitable for a mid-level job

At N1 per word,you earn more if the project is big. I can't pay N3 to N5 if you'll write morethan 100,000 words. N1 is not an insult. It depends on the project size.
