Landlord who cancelled 2020 house rents for all 63 student tenants finally receives an award
One thing we as a whole need to note is that it pays to do good and be good to individuals around you; be it your family, neighbor, inhabitant and any individual you can consider.



A common illustration of somebody who have demonstrated himself to be a decent Samaritan is Mr Steven Ukpabi. A little while prior, Mr Steven’s news was everywhere on the web after he reported a free house lease to all his 63 occupants. Mr Steven who is the property manager and proprietor of the Sungai Pacific Lodge Umudike made the declaration that all occupants who paid their home rents would have it moved till one year from now. Whether staged or not, I think the guy has a very large heart. He is more considerate than a whole lot of people who occupy positions in high places...if those ones give you N10000, dem go snap you tire, come tell the whole world say na N1000000 dem give you.

I strongly believe that this world will be a better place if we all could lend helping hands to one another.

There re still people with good heart, yesterday i brought out my phone to make a call and a thousand naira note fell off without my knowledge d guy behind me called my attention to it. He could have taken it without my knowledge but he showed something worth of mention....God bless everyone wit good hrt

The problem here is if the students will tell their parents who may also be landlords. The good deeds of that landlord to their wards can make them think again but I doubt the student will notify their parents.
