Yeah. I read about how the team (squad) is losing respect for Arteta due to his favouritism he gives to some players.

1... Willian went to Dubai without the approval of the club just before the Leeds game, but was made to start immediately he came back. No caution, no query, no discipline. Talk about discipline by Arteta but doing opposite in action wen he's meant to act
