MuttleyLaff:
"But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,
“Why do you think evil in your hearts?"
- Matthew 9:4

"²⁴But Jesus did not trust himself to them, because He knew them all.
²⁵There was no need for anyone to tell Him about them,
because He himself knew what was in their hearts."
- John 2:24-25

"And they prayed, "Lord (i.e. Yahweh aka Jehovah), You know everyone's heart.
Show us which of these two You have chosen"
- Acts 1:24

"And God, who knows the heart, showed His approval by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as He did to us".
- Acts 15:8

By comparing Matthew 9:4 with John 2:24-25 and Acts 1:24 with Acts 15:8, it is apparent that it is only God who knows people's heart
