Point that finger in the right direction. Nigerians know the region without action. Na too much mouth with no action make General Babangida and Shettima give una that nickname.

Since independence can you name one thing you people have backed with action? To the extent that Nigerian comedy have stereotype your people as noisemakers.

Lol. Miyetti Allah even know you Igbos are alive? Yet everything Yorubas do, like Amotekun, they begin to hyperventilate.

They insisted their members must be part of Amotekun, so they can sleep safe knowing what Yorubas are up to, yet they were told that is not possible.

They even claimed Tinubu sponsored #EndSARS to bring down PMB Government so Yorubas can take over power.

Bruv, it is not about long talk. Everyone, including your IPOBian brothers, show they believe Nigeria is about the Yorubas and the SW. No one is talked about today more than Tinubu.

In fact 99% of Igbos only contribute voice online to say BAT must never be President rather than sell their Igbo candidate to Nigerians.

When has any Igbo ever been referred to as a "strong man" as the openly petrified North-centric caretaking APC committee hinted Tinubu is?

Look, go and sit down. 2023 is currently a fight between the deserving SW and the born-to-rule elements in the North. Nothing concerns 10th class Igbos in this clash.

Go and tend to your 2 by 2 shop or count your Nairas. You Igbos will learn a valuable lesson in 2023 that Nigeria is really about the Yorubas and the North.

This is because those are the two regions that invested properly, over time, in 'gladiator' politics Igbo have never had the talent, bravery, focus, integrity or foresight to give a toss about.

Reggie na. You and your fellow IPOBians must be on crack. That stuff distorts reality. In the meantime I challenge you guys to get APC ticket na.

Let see whether APC will have the balls to even consider you 5% people whose only contribution to the win of Buhari in 2015 and 2019 was insult, threats and curses.
.

I can very well see you are on a daily high from the weed in Buhari's farm, I guess its same weed he took while promising to exterminate Book haram, make dollar useless to naira, make all refineries working and bye bye to NEPA.
If you were told Jonathan would be President you had laugh, Buhari even believed all Presidential hope was lost and if SARS would ever believe that yahoo-yahoo boys will send them outta bizness.

Now political nonentity like you de run mouth as if the destiny of a people is in your "Igbo" smoking hand, look here 2023 is no 2015, 2011, 2007 or others
Past is past and 2023 is not debatable.... Christian South East/ South South or t worse a Christian minority from the Middle belt.
Do you even think Buhari trusts Tinubu? Ogbeni 2023 PDP or APC its SE/SS sharap ya mouth and watch

Lol. You Igbos are really 'dense' political students and analysts. This is why you should stick to selling your spare parts and fake electronics.

OBJ is arguably a better, more switched on, more strategic and more astute politician than PMB. Yet OBJ, try as much as he could, never got the better of BAT permanently.

If not that you Igbos are political cretins and illiterate, you would know why they, especially Northerners, are afraid of Tinubu.

Even Buhari cannot tell you how the likes of dollar billionaires like Atiku and co were 'neutralised' for him to easily gain the APC ticket at the Party primaries before the 2015 election. Tinubu did what he had to do, with 'sweets and candy' for the boys, and made it happen. Same disloyal Atiku decsmped from APC to PDP yet had no problem from anyone when he spent dollars to get the PDP ticket for the 2019 election.

In 2023 Buhari would be an outgoing President facing retirement and political impotence as happened to OBJ and Jonathan.

Believe me when I tell you dumb Igbos that no APC delegate will be supporting anyone Buhari backs for the sake of PMB 'body language' alone.

"Show me the money" and "what can you do for me" will be the name of the game then. Something Buhari has never and will never excel at. Everything Buhari got to date is because he is President. As an outgoing President, many will be looking beyond him in 2023.

At that stage many already see Buhari as gone and will have eyes on how they can be relevant to the new emperor or incoming power bloc.

This is where the consummate, established and universally-influential Tinubu will show you people his mastery of Nigerian politics.

The APC primaries is firmly in the hands of self-serving delegates who, by 2022-2023, will only owe the outgoing Buhari cordiality but nothing else. Certainly not loyalty or blind worship. By then it is about who is offering the juiciest deal post the PMB presidency. I am sure Tinubu will certainly be in consideration.

Just like how Tinubu generalized Lagos to be the rest SW, for once use that head of yours and know that this platform constitute of people from different region of Nigeria and not just WAZOBIA. So if you can't pinpoint where one comes from common sense demand will don't assume..

Tinubu was kicked out of Oyo, Ondo and Edo. Fayemi is now telling the man that lacks any academic CV to go take a hike you are here singing his OBJ lucky escape and Tunde Bakare backed 2015 election against Jonathan that the entire nation now regrets as something as a political feats.

Facts is Tinubu presidency is already dead on arrival and he is lucky Gani Fawehimi is in heaven, if not the bullion van crook would have been singing like a canary inside Kirikiri Maximum prison.

The only people not seeing that SE/SS will be the next President are the same people that sang PMB as the Messiah agsinst corruption and insecurity, alas we are close to a useless nation and the same criminals still wants to sell their rotten juices to the region in of SS/SE in the of Tinubu and Co...

Stop wasting your time thinking a SW will clinch 2023 even the likes of the President is even considering his predecessor, Jonathan. Aside that, the region is ready to bring hell to any politician from the region that won't see to the emergence of either a SE or SS President
Just perish the thought of a Yoruba president until maybe 2039

I want to believe you are dull! So anyone who supports his or her region on nairaland becomes Igbo. The dude you are salivating on is from Akwa-Ibom SS. And yet common sense didn’t tell you that. Check his profiles and you’ll see that he insults us more than you Yoruba’s. As a matter of fact I’ve come to know him and a few of his state brothers are staunch Niger-Deltans, who even want the Presidency to go to their region. Many of those who still have axes to ground concerning the 2015 Jonathan’s loss are from that region. Any wonder the APC lost all states election there. The SE is even calm compared to them, that’s why you see the APC doing welll there. Yet, many of you group every monicker against you as Igbo, while those behind it siddon dey laugh una.

So not everyone against Tinubu is Igbo. You guys must stop seeing Igbo in your dreams. The odds against SW Presidency is 99/1. Not because of a few yardstick, but because those against you are legion and dwell in every part of this country.

With what you wrote up there the odds are not 99 to 1, it is actually every man for him self, you want an Igbo man, because you are Igbo, they want Niger delta man, because he is Niger deltan, Yorubas want Yorubas.
The North have not spoken yet, obviously because they are still ruling, but if they prefer there own tribe man too, the region with the highest numbers of voters will win. Only a region that successfully merge with other can be successful, against the region with the highest no of voters, the relationship between the North and the South west now, is much better than that of the south east and the North, and believe me, south east and south south, can't win against south West and the North, that is even if you are going to cooperate.

Mr Sower, can you tell nairalanders how you sowed and you weren't rewarded? Let's compare your impact to Buhari’s 2019 win and you’ll see that you have no case. You’ve been rewarded even more than the North Central who provided Buhari the much needed swing votes he needed, and yet they don't make noise. Mister man go and siddon one place, you people have no case.

The 2015 elections were a major success for the APC and its presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, who triumphed for the first time after standing in four successive presidential elections. Buhari unlocked “the battleground states” of the South West and North Central. The voting pattern in these regions refuted the simplistic story of North/South, Christian/Muslim splits. Historically, the two regions have opposed the Muslim North, with the North Central, in particular, framing its political identity in terms of opposition to the Muslim North. In the 2015 elections, voters in the South West gave Buhari 57.1 per cent of their votes compared to the paltry 6.9 per cent he received from the region in 2011. The North Central voters also increased their support for Buhari from 31.3 per cent of their votes in 2011 to 55.7 per cent in 2015. Even in the South East and South South, where opposition to Buhari and the APC is strongest, the electoral fortune of the opposition candidate changed significantly. Support for Buhari in the two regions increased from 0.6 per cent of the votes in 2011 to 7.9 per cent in 2015.
https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/000203971505000204

Now despite the votes Buhari got from the North Central, you lots from the SW benefitted more than them in the power sharing. Except for the gazumping of Saraki in the Senate and later decamping to the PDP, the APC made sure that the SW got much than they gave the party.

1. Vice-President - SW
2. Speaker - SW
3. Chief of Air Staff - SW
4. Minister of Works, Power & Housing - SW

Infact you lots with the NW and NE dominated the Ministerial and Directorial positions in the ministries and agencies of government.

The same way you sowed nothing and still got the Presidential position under the PDP is the same right the SE will be given under the APC. You can't eat your cake and have it.

The 2023 Presidency is coming SE and there is nothing you can do about it than hang yourselves.

But you can't become President by issuing statements and blackmaiks on social media.

The Igbo presidential candidates aren't in the forefront of either the APC or the PDP.

Infact, feelings from the S/East shows majority of their people prefer ATIKU/OBI Ticket.
