- Observe the figures carefully
- At the beginning are letters.
- Get a pen and a note if required
- Go to the NIN platform
- In that VIN, skip those letters at the beginning.
- Insert from the first number after the letters until you arrive at the last number. They are 11 in number
- Submit

In that case,, there is every possibility that the two NIN numbers belong to you.
That is, if you had being doing some other registrations with the MTN Number.

But when i registered last year, NIMC should have seen it on thier system that I have NIN already

My own Voters-Card Number has 19 characters.
The first Five characters contain both Digits and Alphabets,, then, the last 14 numbers are only digits.
..
With this as an example, why would you be telling him (or maybe ME in this example I gave above) that the digits are only 11 in number??
If you wanted to tell him to count out 11 digits from the right, then it is understandable.
Then he can count out 11 digits from the right.
..
And by the way,, I want to know exactly what you mean by NIN Platform.. Please drop the link to the NIN Platform here, so that we can all check our VIN 11 digits too..

I recently lost the text. It qas airtel's site. You use MTN. Wish I could help but I'm just not having the requirements at the moment.

No it just display NIN then request for your phone number and after an otp, the NIN request. Here below. I presume the link is https://airtel.nin.com. Use a Google search. Not sure if I'm accurate

I have not done anything

I am resigned to my fate. They will block my number if they want. Due to a number of personal reasons, including covid 19, i cannot go to NIMC offices now.

I have someone facing the same issue now, he lost the number he used for nin registration, and now the sim has been recycled by the network provider someone else is using the sim now
