Point of correction! There are over 1.2 billion Roman Catholics in the world. On the other hand, the entire Muslim population (both Sunni + Shiite+ others) in the world is estimated at just 1.8 billion. In comparison, the population size of world Roman Catholics alone is close to that of all Muslims in the world.

Hmmm! This reminds me of the visit of the Pope to Nigeria during the Gen. Sanni Abacha era.

Father Kukah actually said nothing new. The Sultan of Sokoto and many others have said the same thing in different ways.

What is required is a genuine review of our circumstances towards a meaningful resolution. People are really tired of the insecurity and hardship especially.
