on a cursory glance, this appears to be a matter that can be taken up in a civil court.. not necessarily a criminal case.. nothing criminal has been specifically stated in this story..
"scheming" someone out in the corporate world isn't necessarily criminal.

Oh dear. I am surprised the Okocha is still in Niggeria. This was a man that swore that he will never come back to Niggeria saying england was his new home and Niggeria was too disorganized for him, the english were his friends... they made him feel welcome... blah blah blah. He even threw shade at the likes of Yekini saying he will never do what Yekini did( playing in the Nigerian league) LOL. I wonder where those english friends are.

I agree with you. This is not a fraud case to me. So no need involving EFCC. The man just felt he wasn't getting what he was entitled to. The court of law is the right place for him to go to seek redress not EFCC unless there's something he is not telling us.

I wasn't specifically referring to Okocha's case. I was only telling the person I quoted that fraud is even more prevalent than he knows as many Nigerians would be guilty of tax evasion.

that is the issue. Jay Jay is well respected and enjoys lots of goodwill. I'm sure the Efcc guys also feel that way. Moreover it's more like a civil matter not criminal

If Mr Kujah truly has a firm case he would have gone to court. What Mr Kujah truly wants is a public humiliation and a media trial of Mr Okocha. The EFCC was not set up to handle private matters between "friends". Go to court!
