Applying BODMAS in non-fraction problems.
Then we rearrange as:
-10 X 0 + 5 +5+ 20 +20
Ans=50

Simple BODMAS... Eliminate multiplication before the simple arithmetics.

10*0=0
20+20=40
5+5=10
0+40+10=50
QED

Modify :

No, the answer can't be 50 because we cannot just ignore the - sign we got from multiplying -10*0

So, this problem cannot be solved mathematically because you cannot multiply a number by a negative number
