Good day everyone,

Please I'm tired of WES delay. I have been on my evaluation process since May. (8months now). I don't know what to do again. They are not responding to my messages via "contact us" and on twitter.

My school has verified my documents and my account is just showing status in progress since 4th of December. Please what else can I do? Any suggestion(s) please.

I'm currently experiencing the same thing. Ask your school to send the verification by post if they are not seeing their email.

ECA using IELTS? That’s incorrect.
Should be ECA using WES/IQAS/CES and the others
apologies, thanks for the correction.

When you are to receive the lump sum of the gift deed from your benefactor, let them send it to an account you use regularly, not a new account created specifically for the purpose of POF. I know people want a means not to touch the money, so it doesn't reduce. After you have received it, you can then move it to anywhere you like eg investment, mutual funds, fixed deposit, dom account, leave it in that account or keep it in your newly created account (I don't advise this because your average monthly balance on the bank reference letter for this new account will be low)

Pls when do you advice to secure the gift deed and how long does it need to be in mutual funds, fixed deposit etc before it can serve as POF?

Please I have few questions to ask
1. Can I use joint account I opened which is less than 6months with my wife as POF?
2.my wife is the principal applicant, will they require birth certificate from me?
3. Will they accept swear affidavit from customary Court?

Gift deed doesn’t need to be fixed for any period of time.. you can get it before or after ITA.. just provide a gift deed and supporting documents to show inflow and outflow..

. You already have a master's. Education-wise what else can boost your score is a PhD.
. Family members per IRCC are siblings or parents. No aunties.
aamey15:

1. I have 2 aunties in canada ( 1 in Alberta and the other in Nova Scotia) please can I claim either as a family member and will that boost my chances
2. should i write any exam to boost my chances please if yes which would you suggest

please please please do not be offended as I am a bit overwhelmed but I am sure it will end in praise.

Thank you

Good evening lovely people. I have a few questions concerning POF.

I opened a Microfinance bank account for the sole purpose of putting my POF there so I dont touch it. Is it okay to use a Microfinance Bank Statement as my POF or do I have to move the money to my commercial bank account?

My 2nd question is what exchange rate does one use for POF? Just crazy how the naira keeps nosediving!

Thanks guys

Why would you want to use a Microfinance Bank

I don't know if this might help, but I was able to conclude mine in 3 months. Delay was from my school, from October to dec

I think your school may be at fault.
Did you fill your Wes ID correctly
Did you write your Wes ID on your correspondence?

You click No as you havent reached that stage. Just an FYI manitoba have cancelled the family support stream so i am wondering which stream you qualify for?
The only one i think will still work for outland applications is Brandon.
