And the size of generator is 27KVA

50KVA is too much for a duplex.. It's good to do a load calculation before for going generator or transformer size

Cement 50bags * 3700 =185,000
Sand 10 tonnes = 55,000
workmanship = 185,000

Grand Total = 1,075,600


Please help with suggestions, i think that's a lot for this project.
