Good Morning guys. I attend a Federal University in Nigeria and did my Industrial Training around 2019.
I came online now to see a lot of my colleagues have being paid their IT stipend (a sum of #15,000) and I didn't get mine.
A friend told me the school authority gave instruction to students back then to drop a GTB or WEMA account details and only those who use those banks will be paid. Unfortunately, I bank with UBA and I didn't get my stipend. Does that mean I'm not going to get my stipend or is their a way I could go about getting it

Are they paying all schools,i have not gotten mine too

I think only those who went to ITF office during their IT to have their logbook signed were paid (cus there's usually a form there where you fill in your details including your bank account)

I was there before & after the training for documentation

I went and I haven't gotten anything

You laughed because things like that seems ridiculous in a country like this. In a saner climate, the ITF would pay and compensate you for their nonchalanct delay

Let's go our school respective ITF demartment and complain when school resumes. We would know the next step from there

Reason why some ppl might not get their ITF are.

1You didn't comply with the procedure from beginning to the end.
2 Nonchalant attitude of the ppl who are in charge of the I TF stuff in your school.
3 Wrong documentation
4 school going beyond the admission capacity.
