I dont really know if that's what it is called but the seller said it was geese and I saw "geese" written on the package as the bird was already killed and cleaned.

Me i like pepper o....i go throw up if enough pepper no dey for soup....thats why i hardly eat outside.....there was a when i went to alaba international... I order for rice one igbo woman restaurant....i nearly throw up....no pepper at all....na tomato i just dey taste....i spit tire......even their pepper soup no dey get pepper....i wonder how person go fit eat catfish pepper soup without enough pepper....na to vomit all my intestine o

igbos don't like too much pepper. try Calabar or Edo restaurant next time
