Secondly, what are the likely implications if I choose the home outside my state of residence?

What if I choose solar system for the house, does it increase the price of the house?

Dei-Dei? Why not spread out the locations? On a second thought, most low income earners have a good number of kids, why not add more specifications like two bedrooms and palour too. It is a innovation in it's totality if it will be given to those who really need it

Yes, he has done very well in terms of infrastructure and also in terms of reducing the population of Nigeria through regular killing of Nigerians by Boko Haram, herdsmen, bandits and kidnappers

Like the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Apapa-Ishodi-Iyalaya_Oworo Expressway, Ongoing 2nd Niger Bridge which politicians have been using to defraud Igbos, the Lagos-Ibadan Railway, e.t.c.

Praise Buhari for projects execution. He executes all his projects, even his ongoing project of population reduction through everyday killing of Nigerians, he is executing it religiously

There is in Ondo State. The Estate is along Owo. I know of contractors that worked there.

Click on the type of apartment you'd love to own. There are 1room, 2rooms, 3rooms and 4rooms

The average American wants to live like a Nigerian yahoo boy, but he won't attain that through engaging in crime, rather he wants to win a lottery. Many American lottery winners are living like kings. Most Africans think Americans don't have their own problems. They do. Majority of them are low income earners and cannot afford better than a 5 year old used car. Owning a home is also a major issue.

That said, the government should ensure the right people are beneficiaries of these subsidized houses. As well as support the traditional private sector to execute the contracts not awarding it to just one company or conglomerate.
