Hello folks, i need your help with something. i have a land sized 50 by 100 and i intend building commercial apartments in it. Is it possible to house 8 flats(2 beds and self contain) in two buildings or how is the best way to utilize the land for such purpose? Also roughly how much would it cost for this project? masss: The type of apartment to be built depends on the cost of rent in that location. But from experience, a combination of miniflat and self contain will yield high ROI. masss:50by 100 will take a 2bedroom with 3 room and palour self contain and concerning the cost it depends on location |
