Bro when marijuana gets legalized will your argument still hold up?

I think you’re confusing something here . It’s not about the place the marijuana is used or the people that use it.

There are several save ways to use the cannabis plant itself (cooked into food or edibles) this doesn’t involve any smoking which is the only downside I see with the most popular way or consumption world wild.

I’m totally in support of legalization of cannabis for both medical and recreational use.

Every thing is this life can and is been abused.

There’s a legal drug called alcohol. That’s responsible for more deaths in both world wars combined plus corona. No one has a problem with this drug including the government because they collect money from legalizing alcohol.

Also You’re can argue that marijuana is a “gateway drug “ Which I will argue otherwise.
Because there are people that do just cannabis.
The choice to find the highest high is an individual decision.
Every human being on earth is addicted something even if they don’t realize it.

Even our light skin ladies are addicted to buying cream and finding the next best ones.

The word (” drug “) is political.
If the government isn’t getting its cut of the money it’s considered a “ drug “ period.

Marijuana is a drug. Same way paracetamol and vitamin c are drugs. But Marijuana is classified as hard drug.

There is a political reason as to why cigarette is legal and marijuana isn't, until the recent legalization of marijuana is some countries.

I won't debate the fact that marijuana has it's health benefits but from real life experience, it's bad outweighs it's good. I'm not talking movies here.

Most marijuana smokers are heavily dependent on it and the reason is because it's addictive and that is when the problem starts.
People have sold valuables just to feel high.

Aside that, a time comes in the life of a smoker where they have to take unusually large quantity just to get high. At this point, many move to more dangerous stuffs.

You can't compare smokers in naija to those in develop countries where they have access to quality health system, rehabilitation centers and correctional centers.

You can compare Maradona to Majek Fashek in this regard.

If you meet me for the 1st time, you can bet your last naira that I don't even take coffee cuz my lips & face look so fresh & I have an amazing career & family.
Ask a weed dealer(that's if he can confide in you) about his customer base & he will tell you it's not only the street urchins & Agberos who patronise his business.
Some Lawyers, bank managers, doctors, pastors, Imams, & business execs smoke weed secretly & you will never know.
