Henix: There is nothing to look forward to. It is a case one can describe as DEAD ON ARRIVAL. DO NOT TRY TO CREATE UNNECESSARY ANXIETY to make supporter of Oshiomole to feel happy that they have hope. The case is already closed in favour Obaseki. The university of Ibadan for that matter. Oshiomole that did not go to school want to trouble the educated politician. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

wink2015: But they said that the case is not just about his UI Certificate, that he also lied on oath. I quite understand that UI certificate forgery allegation is dead on arrival, but what of other allegations like that of lying in affidavit? 1 Like |

saheedbadmus: This case was first file by PDP in 2016. The court ruled that PDP file the case out of time allowed by the constitution. So it’s not just something APC just wake up and start the case. 3 Likes |

TheGodlessGod: The court is trying not to waste the little time given to the defendant. All issues will be raised when both parties write their final address and the court will rule on everything same day the judgement will be delivered. It’s to save time. 1 Like |
