This prayer is as useless as the person saying it. Only honest and sincere actions of a responsible govt can stop the killing. Look at the kind of system Nigerian govt promotes, where infants are killed. People just murder infants in cold blood and walk free no problems. Until a responsible and honest govt arises, this killing will continue. It will not end when prayers as useless as the person saying it is offered.
