I hope they do not plan to rush partey back until he his behind the injury fully. Need to ease him in and protect him just like martinelli while we build on the momentum with the current players

In Arsene 's voice : Partey is back in full training. we also have Gabriel back from isolation. Nelson will resume training in the next two weeks. Those players will be like new signings considering their impacts. So, I don't think we will be involved heavily in this window.

Apt and perfect!!.

Add: considering our upturn in results in recent months, those boys will inject positivity into the camp. We also add chambers who we're still accessing and waiting for his return, with that I don't think we'll be active in the transfer window

Especially when we see how mari fitted into the team after coming back from injury, then we have martinelli i'm sorry he is not 100m but when you see his performance you will know he is a big player and we are now injecting academy products into the team like ESR,Balogun etc
All these players can be mistaken for new signings, the fans doesn't know what we face in the TM where players values are high.

I think that he will be a ceballos replacement, but we still need an attacking minded midfielder because ESR cant do it alone for now

In Game of Thrones, Bran asked his father why if the man that deserted because he saw white walkers was lying. "A mad man sees what he sees" Ned replied.

I could say you are wrong, but "mad man sees what he sees".

That season Emery preferred Torriera for the same reasons Arteta prefers Elneny. These are two different types of players with different qualities. If Arteta decides to have a sitting DM then Torriera is the player of choice. But Arteta wants someone who can receive the ball from the goalie and transition it till gets to the opposition box. In that respect, Elneny is better. We have seen this countless times, no need to argue.

Una dey talk Bissouma now hope una know say Na CM/DM the guy be ?

What’s the point of getting another CM/DM when our priority should be AM ? We already have CM/DM options in Partey , Xhaka , Ceballos, Elneny, Mitland-Niles and youngsters like Azeez, etc.

Don’t u think adding Bissouma to that midfield might just clog everything up like we have in CB where everybody thinks we have so many CB ?

Methinks we should be focusing on AM first before any other thing and forget about any CM/DM We or Arteta like o. I don’t think Arsenal has gotten funds to the extent of getting players that are not utmost priority o

For those interested in the finances of Arsenal.

Arsenal have taken a 120 million Euro loan from Bank of England. The loan will be used to cushion the effects associated with the pandemic and revenue loss like payment of officials. The loan can not be used to purchase any player. Arsenal is obligated to complete payment of this loan by May 2021.

The desire/ urgency to clear the dead woods and thin the bloated squad now instead of the summer is necessitated by the impact of COVID-19.

You have a point. We need an AM right now but if we get Bissouma, it will be a win win. Ceballos might be leaving, We all know how Xhaka is. Arteta doesn't trust AMN in midfield, That leave us with Mo and Partey. I know an AM is important but Bissouma is welcomed too.

With fans not so sure of returning anytime soon and most of our deadwoods not having a decent resale value, how are they going to repay the loan? And Wenger is not around grin He is a Pro in matters like this.

I don't know the precise year we got them bro but I know we played in Europa in wenger 's last season here. And the point I'm trying to make is that with all the deadwoods bought by wenger, we were always in UCL so I don't think he should be solely blamed for their regress.
Moreso, you remember how Arsene will buy cheap players, develop them and resale them in higher price so the profit will be used to offset the stadium Debts- this is exactly what I meant in my first post.

This shows our finances have been very shaky even when we thought we were stable. It means Kroenke has been running the club on a self sustaining model without any cash injection.

No wonder we struggle to sign profile players as money is only available to pay wages.
The more reason why I value the Wenger years when he literally dragged us into CL places inspite of our financial handicap.
