How will you raise next year's rent within the remaining half of the year if you succeed to pay up the loan?

If you cannot afford to the rent at this time, why not move out of the property and take up a smaller one which you can afford?

I live with my folks... I want to start off live.. I already have a plan light out. I'm partnering my friend in fish farm and I also sell bespoke palms. Biz has been slow and house pressure isn't making it any easier
