I sell 950 because I buy in bulk, at least 1,200 packs for the two shops but I make sure I sell at the price that will prevent them from exploring other options.

Her visa is expiringin may. She has to leave. She now is applying for another study. That is her only way of extending her visa

I have a friend with about 15 years of telecommunications experience because he worked in several telecoms company over the years. He has a wife and 2 children. This my friend left Nigeria last year to the United States to go and do his PhD.

Even after 15 years of experience. He left. He doesn't have any company in Nigeria so he didn't have any reason to stay. His plan now is to bring his first child because that one just finished secondary school. Gradually all his family will join him because his visa permits him to bring the rest of his immediate family.

If you don't have any stake in Nigeria. Please leave the country if the opportunity to leave legally presents itself.

I started with about 85k around 2018. I think 100 packs.

Within that range.

But the stress then no be here.

300k can give you over 200 packs. Our Malt dont sell that much.

I dont think I have up to 200 in the two shops.

Again, the battle is fought and won at the marketing side.

I am a trained marketer. I dont joke with customer retention - over 90% of our sales are from returning customers.

We give invoice for every sales and we collect their numbers and store it our database.

For new customers, they receive an SMS thanking them for buying.

If we are expecting price to go up we inform all our customers in SMS.

If we have new supplies, we send them SMS. Something like:

Over 350 packs of Bigi Cola available. Selling out fast at N920 per pack. Do you want us to reserve some for you?

For our big customers, we call them on phone.

For festive periods, we give them price cuts, this helps them make more profits.

The reason we send all these SMS is to build loyalty and speed up our turnover rate.

We must sell at least 3,000 packs per month. The two shops cannot stock 3,000 so we try to push out the products.
