For some time now, I hardly sleep at night as that is the only time I expect that voltage in my area could power my pumping machine.

Please advise including if I need to get another one.

The voltage dropped barely six months ago

Is there a device it can be connected to that steps up current?

Go Get a 5 to 10kva century stabiliser

Or get a lower HP like 1HP

But the price is almost the same as getting a new pump. How about getting lower capacity pump?

that is if your are using 1.5HP machine.
For how long are you gonna be having sleepless night just to get water. If you happened not to be around and someone else put on the machine with fluctuating light, the coil could get damaged.

Yes it is about same price. It will worth more when you have to buy a pumping machine every month

You can get a good voltage regulator of about 5-10KVA, buying another pumping machine of lower capacity might not be the solution.

But there would be a time when the voltage would be high maybe around 1 & 2am when other people must have off most of the equipment
