University is university.

Why doesn't Ghana have people or corporate bodies that can build universities?

How is that Nigeria's fault?

It is Ghana's fault that their economy is not buoyant enough to produce such people/groups.

Harvard and Cambridge are private universities.

No one says ''Oh, they are private, so don't count them in'', when counting top universities.

If it was located in Ghana, I'm sure you would have made it out to be the new Oxford.

Nigeria is a million folds more infrastructurally advanced than Ghana but they are managing their little one better. At least 20 Nigerian Universities have better structure than the one posted here from Ghana.

I no gree full stop. We still have legendary campuses in NAIJA; ABU, UNIMAID, UNILAG, UI, FUNAAB, BUK, CU, OAU, ABUAD,
Other considerable unis include; UNN, FUTA, UNILORIN, UNIZIK, LASU et al
