- A Business Development Manager is a senior role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill, with both short and long-term goals to achieve.
- As a Business Development Manager your job description includes but not limited to:
- Work with Dealers, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions and bring them on the platform
- Work with Spare Part Sellers, Customers and help with a framework for Spare part Distribution in the country
- Work with Mobile service providers in the automobile industry and develop a framework for getting a mobile service provider to customers
- Manage our Driver hire services
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Follow automobile and associated industry trends locally for business purposes
- Draft and review contracts
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements on our platform and our market niche

Education and Experience Requirements

- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline
- Significant years of experience as a Business Development Manager or related position.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Experience working to and exceeding targets

Additional Job Requirements

- Candidates should have the ability to manage the account and develop a relationship with 3rd parties such as Banks, Insurance, Dealers, Mechanics, Fleet companies, etc
