Nairobi is not developed because it's in a developing country so is Johannesburg and Cape Town they are not developed because they are all found in a developing country
Most towns offer decent life compared to Nairobi in Kenya

South Africa is a NIC

Agriculture in northern Ghana is not rain-fed, without irrigation, you cant grow anything.

We've spent billions to provide irrigation there, another billion dollars into irrigation facilities is being invested there for agric purposes.

Ghana only surpassed SA 3 years ago and look at Accra and Ghanaian towns and cities.

They've greatly urbanised and developed to the level where only 20% of Ghanaians are poor.

Agric in Ghana is not mostly rain-fed because major of Agriculture activities in Ghana happens in the north of Ghana.

Southern Ghana, Agric can be rain-fed and everything will be okay
