INTRO:
LimoniProjects is hiring a Site Supervisor for our high-end projects in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of site supervisor experience and preferably have 2 years of industry experience as a supervisor. The qualified candidate directs activities of workers concerned with construction and installation of buildings components and other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subcontractor supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carries out all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s mission statement and vision.
• Directs and is responsible to keep the work of subcontractors, contractors and owners on schedule as per the schedule maintained by the Project Lead.
• Daily inspects work of all trades to make sure that all work meets Quality, Specification and Code requirements
• Meets weekly with subcontractors’ foremen to coordinate schedule and discuss safety
• Studies plans and specifications to arrange procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
• Notifies the Project Manager of any changes or document non conformities found on the project.
• Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
• Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
• Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
• Directs workers concerned with major maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations.
• Delivers every project on schedule and on budget.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Construction Services, Project Managers and/or Corporate Dictate.
