Registration is on Mondays, go very very very early as the crowd is always crazy.
I think you'll need about 19k to register and do your blood tests. You may need like 30k for the total ANC registration (again, it's been a while).
After registration, you'll be given a clinic date and attached to a Consultant.

Run the nipples gently and you'll see some scaly stuff fall off.

Please don't do this if you're not a few weeks to due date (35th week up) as it can induce contractions in some women.

From my experience, nipple cleaning causing contraction does not happen in all cases. It depends on individuals. You can start cleaning a month to EDD.. 3 to 4 times a week is ok...

HI ma, dunno about onikan, but FMC at oyingbo is pretty good. I will just advice that you go with all your test results in order to reduce how much you will spend. Actual anc reg is less than 17,000, but tests can gulp like 30k.

I will recommend Ace Medicare Clinics opposite JustRite at Oju-Ore for private hospital. The head office is opposite Canaanland, but antenatal clinics do not hold there.

My wife will be in her 21weeks by tomorrow with our twins bundle. This is her first preggy with natural conception. We did scan last week and we were told they're in identical beautiful Girls.

I've the following general questions being the first time parent:

1. The scan showed that they're breech position. Should we be worry about this?

2. The scan showed Girls. Is it possible the scan result can be wrong? because we've always see boys in our dream

3. The scan result also showed she got ovarian cyst but the doc gave us some drugs to shrink them. Should we be worried about this cyst?

4. Yesterday, she had serious leg pain that I had to support her to walk. Tho, the pain had disappeared. Pls what can we do if such happens again.


Lastly, I'm really trying to catch up with the terminologies use here but I hope I catch up lol. Meanwhile, her EDD is May 27, 2021. Pls add this to the list.

I'll appreciate the advice and contributions.

I am a ftm a very quite and committed follower.

For the leg cramps I had similar experiences at 21 weeks too. My mom adviced me to take calcium supplements.

But I didn't want that as I read somewhere that calcium affect iron uptake.

So I decided to buy milk rich in calcium ( Loya) and started eating brisket bones. And it went away after few days.

Hi mama, not all kayanmata is fetish. I make use of it and it has been helping me out and doing wonders. You could try it if you trust the seller though.
