I think COVID is not the major reason they're postponing. There are speculations stating that the process wasn't transparent. Now, i just feel they want to use covid as an excuse to investigate the matter. Just my personal opinion though

yes, I sure knew d day mail for shortlist will drop 2 weeks b4 d slated date and it happened so. My fear now is that covid should not complicate issues, or else it will have a counter effect on this slated date; but if not so, bro don't be far from your phone cos it will surely drop this month.
