Why not use the one on your employment letter?
In as much you have a good relationship with your company and you re using genuine reference letter and not oluwole grin

You don't need to submit payslip again once you have a genuine employment letter and reference letter with company letterhead.

Reason been that, if you state it in the Reference letter that your salary increase and decrease, they might later request for pay slip etc.
While not just use the one on your employment letter jejely

Pardon my repeated messages, just getting used to the app

Yes it is, it's the name on my marriage certificate, I guess I just have to attach the certificate to WES and all other profiles
OlakunmiSMELTD:

In as much you have genuine marriage certificate to back it up, why worried?
Even the VO self dey marry.
But you should have alteast put middle name, however, hope the Kate olufemi is the name on your wedding certificate?

If not my experience is limited to what situation you might face

Pls I just want to clarify things more, so I don't make any costly mistake.

If I accept to be exempted from just F1 paper and decide to write F2 and F3, pls hope WES will still evaluate the result as one year??

Pls all the seniors in the house, abeg don't ignore this message. If there's anyone that has also exempted 1 paper and wrote the rest here, pls signify also.

It because of this evaluation thing I'm writing this ACCA, so pls I really can not afford to get it wrong.

Pls all reply is appreciated, thanks a lot

I have the same issue. I am currently an ACCA student who got exceptions too. I have done only 2 papers at skills level. I am thinking of going back to write F1-F3 but I cant seem to get across to ACCA Nigeria to ask them. Please anyone who has an answer should help. Thank you.

Now that's my problem what if they request for payslips later and bank statements is showing 25k and what is on my employment letter is 30k

Then you will write a good LOE, but the probability of asking for payslip after using reference with company letterhead and employment letter is very very low.

So just use your employment letter and the amount with good reference which have company letterhead, signed by your manager/team leader/CEO etc

You can also stamp it with company stamp
Let your manager use official company email
And I hope your company has a website?

The VO can easily google your company and verify and make calls too.
Technology had made things very easy for them
Many even check your social media page trust me.

From my own perceptive, your highest degree is PGD which wouldn't be equalvalnt to Master so why not evaluation your PGD and HND to have two degree which is far better than bachelor

Sometimes these journey needs divine idea and rational thinking
Thanks so much I really appreciate it

Not true. Mine was evaluated as Masters. That your friend was sent by village people to discourage you.

Please is APCON certificate evaluated by Wes? What is the equivalent? Or should I just evaluate the first degree? Thank you.

In other words, it is refer to "Calculate your value"

Marriage status
Your age
Education level
IETLS score
Do you have job in Canada?
Do you have family in Canada?
However, the high range of your education level and IETLS score is directly proportional to your increase in point.

The last minimum draw was 461

While the lower your age range is directly proportional to your increase in score

So get master or phd
Get good IELTS score
However, if you have siblings in Canada then that's another 15point added.
Lastly if you are married, let your spouse add up her own certificate and write IETLS exam too

But you guys need to request and send your transcript to WES for Evaluation which will cost
Requesting and sending your transcript from

your school to WES should be approximately 50k
WES evaluation cost is about $203 or so
IETLS cost 75,000

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Good luck

God bless you brother for this wonderful explanation... This is so beautiful. I really appreciate. The problem now is I am not sure I will have the patience to study MSc in Nigeria once I am done. What's the difference between Msc and BSc in point sir?

Thank you. I asked because on the instruction guide for application it’s written A medical exam will be required for work exceeding 6 months. Do not undergo a medical exam until advised by this office .Medical results may take up to 4 weeks.

However on IRCC website also for work permit application ,
its stated[/color] You can either do Upfront medical or wait for it to be requested, and they also advised that if you wait for it to be requested it may delay your application as you will need time to undergo the medical and send to them.

Now in this scenario which do I follow? Upfront or wait? I am really considering the upfront due to time and availability of appointment dates as it looks difficult, but wanted to know if doing it upfront has any negative impact on the application.

Secondly, if up upfront medical is done, must it be included before submitting application or can I submit application, do biometrics and submit / send it later before it’s requested from the authorities?
I have and express entry profile, should I cancel the profile or I can still leave it while doing work permit application?
Do I use the same GC key for EE profile for work permit application or I have to register another GC key?
For work structure
Have work contract from a labour supply (HR company)- A and seconded to work for company B . I receive salary from 2 sources, 75% from company A and 25% from company B, both inflows reflect on my bank statement with the different company names. Company A issues monthly payslips and in the payslip it mentions the amount paid by company B, but writes it as On-site payment and writes out the figure. Company B, does not give payslip unless you ask and when you ask it not so easy.
Question: Is there any need to request payslip from company B , or will the payslip from company A will suffice for both?
OlakunmiSMELTD:

Firstly , congrats

I think it's matter of choice, you can do it ahead for proactive reason.
However, one limitation of doing medical upfront is: your visa date is directly proportional to your medical date.

Also, sometimes we need to be proactive in this time of adaptive change ( time of pandemic) which no one can predict what will happen tomorrow to hospital. You might want to take a proactive action.

However, you re the decision maker
Best of luck

Hello guys,

I have questions about Ontario PNP application.

1. In the area to fill in ties to Ontario (1000 characters max). What should be filled there? Should it be your letter of intent or actual ties to Ontario? What should be filled in if you have no ties?

2. For the proof of compensation, does one have to show all the items shown there (first and last month salary payment, pay slips, income tax documents) or can one provide just one or two?

Thanks

Just copy and paste your letter of intent. It should have the email address, contact number and address of your tie to ontario if you have anyone.
2 I provided just my payslip for 6months and my bank statement highligting the inflow.

There was a draw 461 for the CEC stream not skilled workers. You are at a good band. Nothing to worry about. Would recommend getting docs ready! Good luck!

And when it was sent wes evaluated it within a month.na wa ooo all this time I wasn't in the pool draws were constant..

Ok sir....thank you
D4eva:

Ok, understood. PM me when you have written an essay.
Meanwhile, since both NOCs are under OINP, see if you can correct the NOC. Get in touch with Ontario. That’s necessary should IRCC continue with the PNP/CEC draws and not do a general FSW draw soon.

Let me give you a factual information which will be back with facts.

1. Bsc will cost you approximately 3years if you do it in this Ni--ge---ria ( not Nigeria again)

1. MBA: we have good International and Nigeria 1 year program which are long distance/flexible/and we'll recognize

. 2. your HND and Bsc will be evaluated as 2 degree or more
2. MBA: will be evaluate as Master equalvalnt

3. MBA gives you opportunity to back your work experience, because is more of up-to-date information that covers all management/accounting/leadership/project management.
system

Can you or anyone pls recommend a good one year MBA one can do online either Nigeria or international pls.
Thank you

Thanks alot for your response

ituajude:
I won't advise you leave it blank. Your application documents would be seen as "incomplete". It is better you update your education history to Nigeria so the PCC UK requirement goes away. Write an LOE to explain that your certification was a distance learning program which what taught and supervised in Nigeria. See a screenshot attached below for guidance

Attach the LOE to your ECA and Certificates and upload them together as one PDF file.

So this me advising as an HR Practicioner. Your wife can choose to pay her company payment-in-lieu of notice. Most offer letters will require that you pay your 2 weeks salary if you haven't been confirmed and 4 weeks salary (1 month) if you have been confirmed. In her case, she can opt to serve one month notice and then pay the remaining 2 months in lieu. This expensive tho as she will be paying her 2 months salary.
seunpinky:
I am in a dilemma and I would appreciate your opinions as to which option to go with. My wife works with one of the Big 4s and she needs to give them 3months notice b4 resignation.

Option 1: I land alone, try to settle into the country and make adequate provisions for her and the kid. With this plan, wife and kid would come after her 3months notice period. However, someone told me that if I come alone, immigration may not allow them entry because I am the PA and that the PA is expected to travel with them.

Option 2: She applies for leave from work and We all come together but she and d kid do softlanding. They return back to Nigeria after spending one month and she drops her resignation letter and wait out the 3 months notice period. My issue with the second option is that we would have to spend money on flight twice..

Pls house I need your opinions

Do I still need bank statements salary entry if I can provide payslips?
I think you should not complicate things and make life easy. Elders, please confirm me o, if I am right or wrong.
1. IRCC does not ask for payslips
2. They don't request for employment letter
3. They don't request for Bank statement as per job reference
What they request for is reference letter in IRCC format. Any other thing they later request for, you give for clarification. State one salary on your reference letter and avoid back & forth. Make your application easy for your VO.
Over to the seniors in the house.
