It could be coincidental. Shares could crash for any reason.
Why didn't Facebook shares didn't reportedly crash, so why Twitter alone?

These other platforms banned him as well: Instagram, Snapchat, Shopify, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube and more, while that of Twitter seems loud, it can't really be 100% ascertained that shares crashed solely because of that.
