For years, the people of Ndiagweke, Ulepa Ntezi Community in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State lacked portable water for drinking, cooking and even washing.

They depended solely on streams and rivers which Usually dry up during the dry season for water. Most of which aren't clean/healthy.
