is this patriotism or foolishness on your part!! Why are you attacking everyone here..Are you APC agent. No enabling environment here, and you're charging people to establish pharm research lab with no electricity, no funding, etc. you're surely sick in the head!! Even if I've the money, why will I invest in opening a lab, when I know it will eventually failed due to government ineptitude.

It's the private sector that setup factories to manufacture toothpicks. Not professors.
Technical students in Nigeria are also performing wonders despite how underfunded they are. When they get abroad, they compete favourably with their peers.

Don't confuse production with discovery.
Any diligent chemistry laboratory can develop and discover vaccines.
We have to do the basic scientific research first, DISCOVER, DEVELOP and then PRODUCE.
Compared to the economic returns, initial money invested in basic research is fractional. We just need the RIGHT people in the right places to make things happen.
May and Baked cannot help you PRODUCE what you did not DEVELOP.
