wow just like this ongoing project in Lagos knowns as Atlantic resort Lagos
The Atlantic resort will be built on 3.4 hectares.
With a built up area of land of about 40% leaving the rest of the land for circulation, greenery and facilities.
It consists of 3 towers, 2 residential blocks and I mixed use tower.
