Thanks so much JustMellow

JustMellow:

Hello Simyowe,

To the best of my knowledge, you're likely to get (Fast-Track) Advanced Diploma program for Electrical Engineering course in colleges in lieu of a PGD/C.

If Fanshawe and ConestogaC don't have it, shift your focus to other closely related courses.

You can check Lambton College for their Graduate Certificate in:

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Quality Engineering Management
Wireless Networking

These programs have co-op.

Best of Luck

So Sorry for this heart breaking notification.
Try to mention your exact profile, what was your undergraduate field or masters, which course you applied to show progression, field of work linked to the course you applied and most importantly the documents you had submitted for your application. These details, the big likes of Chocs Lekiboboe, Anon123, Frank, JustMellow & others can help you.
From this, you can cites your issues before the GCSM notes arrive to clear the air.

Applied for graduate certificate to fanshawe college
A year program
The course am going for is software system testing co-op,

I finished from Unilorin study information and communication science

Hello beautiful people. I submitted my online application today after much delays from making all supporting documents ready. Program resumption is by May 10, I strongly pray that IRCC consider me favourably and grant me my study permit by God's grace.

I will also like to opt for upfront medicals (I'll search the thread after this post to learn how to best do that). I've also booked appointment for biometrics in 2 days time.

I look forward for the best this year. Amen.

Hello everyone,

I studied Sociology & graduated with a 2:1 & decided to apply after my NYSC to University of Manitoba 2018 for fall 2019. I didn't get admission. I tried applying again to University of Windsor & Manitoba December 2020 for fall 2021. I followed all steps duly, yet I was not admitted for University of Windsor. I am waiting for response from Manitoba. This would be my second time, so I contacted the admission officer for the department of Sociology & Criminology via email. She responded well. But I don't want leave out on any chance. I want to apply again to the University of Newfoundland before Jan 15th. I don't know what decision to take now.

Please check out Dalhousie University

We should be expecting invitation for biometrics in few hours. Meanwhile, considering upfront medical won't be a bad idea. I have booked an appointment for Feb 4 with IOM.

1.Yes,i worked as a nursing assistant between year 2010 to 2013 in a private hospital and i observed my primary assignment during NYSC in a state hospital Bauchi in year 2000/2001.
2.Yes,i have more experience in Accounting field.
in
Toceenay:

2 questions sir...

1. Since you studied Accounting and applied for personal support and child care, have you at a point in time worked in any child care related services during your years of working experience?
2. Which area or field do you have more years of working experience, even if it's not accounting related?

I believe you will still need a very strong SOP to proof to the VO why changing your career path.

The GCMS note shows the main reason for denial is unclear career progression based on your previous study and employment, that's why I asked those questions... I'll personally advise you choose a course that's closely related to accounting, and if you'll choose any course based on your working experience, choose one that you've had more years of working experience.... With the VO concerns, I strongly believe accounting related course is your best bet!

You can wait for more contributions as well!
