I downloaded the NIMC app, and logged in only for me to meet the passport of another person entirely, and all my data was correct. What is the implication and what should I do? The temporary ID card has my correct picture. 5 Likes 3 Shares |

I experienced something like that too but when I checked back after about 2 months, the error was rectified without lodging any complaint. To be on the safe side, you may have to approach a registration center to get your biometrics redone and all data updated. Good luck. 40 Likes 4 Shares |

Op, they will ask you to pay for it to be corrected. i know for Change of date of birth, it's 15k. Some government agencies are very funny. A pregnant woman went to obtain driver's license in abuja. Road safety guys took her picture and other data. when the ID Card came out, in the Sexx Column, they put "Male". when she complained, they asked her to pay for them to correct it. She was like, how? a visibly pregnant woman and you made a mistake and put male and she came and complained, you say she should pay. after all the grammar, she paid. 10 Likes |
