President buhari was embarrassed and disgraced by pigeons at arm force remembrance day,
He released the pigeons to fly but they refused and stayed at a spot

Well its obvious, those pigeons represent the dead and living retired soldiers, who are being owned their life benefit and pensions respectively, not until PMB settles them they will remain on that spot.
